Another one to try for calves

Standing raises - 10 reps plus 5 partials out of the stretch position x 5 sets with 30 second breaks

Seated calves, 1 "drop set" like this:
2 plates x 20 partials out of the stretch position, then strip a plate and do 5 reps that each have a 5 second flex, and a 5 second stretch
