Wednesday BACK at it...
The back at it was a joke because I took a week and a half off and today I trained BACK!!! Well that is about as funny as I get. Now on to getting big and strong.
I have been doing these consistently for over 6 months and I feel like they have helped my Squat, Bench and deadlift. I will continue doing them heavier and heavier each week.

This was all for the day. Felt good to lift after a few days off. At this point the two most important movements on this day are the Heavy BB row and DB rear delts. These will be a staple in my training. I will continue to raise the weight as I grow.
