This was based off of my 860 squat from a few weeks ago. It is just under 82% which is what we use for our sets of 5 reps on squats and deads. The percents are very accurate and we have great success with using them.

I did this light just to pump blood to my right knee. It has been sore from pushing the prowler. I am sure it has something to do with my body weight to. So I stopped pushing the prowler because losing weight is not in the program.

MONSTER MINI doubled just under my knees. I do these seated on a low box. I did 4 sets of 20.

That was all for the gym. I did push mow my yard which grows like crazy since it rains daily here in FL. I count this as cardio. It takes 45min and I have to do it twice a week. (Mower is self propelled) so what!!
