Standing one leg curls- (using mini bands) several warm up sets then 3 sets of 8 with a fourth set to failure at 22 reps
Chain squats- (150lbs of chain) 55+chain x 10, 145+chain x 10, 235+chain x 6, 285+chain x 6, 325+chain x 6, 365+chain x 15
Leg presses 445x10,645x10,825x10,1005x35
Log squats (~200lb log)x50

John had me doing chain squats tonight which I really like. I worked up to 365+150lbs of chain (for ~515@lockout) for 15 reps which gave my quads a good pump.
On leg presses I was supposed to work up to a max set of 10 but my old school leg press won't hold that much weight (and my right knee probably won't either) so I worked up to 1005 and repped out on that hitting 35 reps. When I was down in Georgia a few weeks ago I hit 1000lbs for 60 reps on leg press but that machine in my buddy's gym was much newer and nicer than mine.
After that I was supposed to do leg extensions but those are the worst thing for my knee so I decided to grab my 200lb log and back squat it for max reps. At this point my quads were already pretty fried but I still managed 50 ATG reps which was decent. I'm having thoughts of trying to go balls to wall and see if I can hit 100 reps with it in the future. If I do attempt it I'll be sure to film it.
