Decent chest and shoulder session today. I'm one week away from starting my contest diet and overall I'm pretty happy with my progress this off season. While I still have lots of room for improvement I have made good strides in my overall size and with my legs which have been my weakest body part in terms of bodybuilding. For that I owe John Meadows a big thanks!!!
Currently my weight is consistently in the low to mid 260s and while I'm far from being ripped this is the leanest I've ever been at this body weight. I'm really excited about this contest prep and anxious to see what John has in store for me.
