My pressing has been in the shitter the last few weeks. Between my shoulders aching, my old pec tear acting up and my one elbow falling apart I figured I would just take a couple weeks off any heavy pushing movements. I know, his is really exciting stuff to read but bear with me. Besides, this crap I'm writing is going to read like 'War and Peace' compared to annoying videos that Petrasino will be posting the next few days.

Me and the other Steve just hit a light quick, pumpy bodybuilding workout today. It was fast and pretty intense:

Incline dumbbell presses: 6 sets 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 , 20 reps

Flye machine: 6 sets of 20

Superset barbell curls and rolling triceps: 5 sets

Superset incline dumbbell curls and triceps push-ups: 5 sets

Here is a video of a guy I helped out the other morning hit a 15lb PR in his deadlift (485lbs) just by confusing him with kilo plates and calling his weights for him. Enjoy
