Saturday June 29, Squat day

After the last few weeks pulling heavy off blocks my body is starting to feeling a bit beat up. But for now my main focus is on my deadlift because I would like to compete in a deadlift only meet before the end of this year. So I will only push my squat enough to assist my deadlift.

Later that afternoon I decided to go 24 Hr total fitness in Lithia Springs to a local gym and do some leg presses. I had a feeling that I hadn't really did much and have been wanting to get a leg press for a while now. I didn't go heavy. I just wanted to do some reps to get some blood in the muscle.
