The *elitefts™ Shoulder Saver™ Pad is approximately the same thickness as a 2 board but it attaches to any bar. Excellent way to work on your 2 board with limited training partners or if you train at a health club. Neither of these applied to me, however I did it just to switch things up. I feel that the motion is slightly different than when I bring a bar down to a 2 board. I also let the bar sink into the foam which made it a little less than a 2 board.
