a new week means 1 more exercise added to each day, making it 3!

These werent super hard or super easy, a nice workout id say, basically some good solid work.

Shoulder press

Face pulls with 4" Cable Grenade Ballâ„¢

Both the shoulder press and face pulls were pretty light. Mainly to get more work with very little stress. I try to go into meet training well recovered and rested.
