Day 1 - Gear Lower

Regular Warm-up


Squat(straight weight)
Raw
1x1 @ RPE 9

Added Brief
2x2 @ RPE 8-9
3x3 @ 7% drop
1x5 @ additional 5% drop

Leg Curls - 4x8
Lat Pulls - 5x8
Shrugs - 4x10



Good training day. Worked up heavy raw and that went great; at least better than expected and heavier than I've been in quite some time. Not an all time PR but close.

Gear was a little heavy and hard on first set but second double and all other sets went alot better.

I took some video and will get it up asap!
