Decent back session today, nothing too special. The stretchers really do live up to their name and provide a nice change of pace to training.
I begin my contest diet this weekend and I've reached my goal of wanting to weigh 260+ but leaner than I've ever been at this weight prior to starting my diet. Currently my weight is floating between 260-265lbs during the day and while I'm not ripped I'm not terribly fat either.
I'm very much looking forward to seeing how I look 20 weeks from now after dieting down under John Meadow's guidance. I am very confident that I'll not only be bigger but leaner than I've ever stepped onstage before.
