Friday: 7-5-13

My knees and lower back needed a break after the heavy cleans and pulls I did yesterday so I did lats and biceps:

Inverted rows:
2x20 medium grip
2x15 wide grip
2x15 close grip

close grip V handle pull-downs:
5x15

dumbbell pull-overs with heavy band tension:
4x10

Hammer seated shrug:
5x20

preacher curl machine:
6 sets, last three were drop sets

Reverse barbell curls:
5 sets light
