Wednesday July 3, Deadlift night
W/VIDEO

This was the last scheduled night of deficits. My back is very happy to know that. My 3rd rep with 675 was a bitch but I count it as a training rep. I had about a inch to pull and my low back was screaming. Hopefully in about 3 months there will be a big improvement in my speed off the floor. Now in a couple of weeks its on to Rack (pin)
pulls and speed work.
