Saturday July 6, squat day
Today I chose to work on more weak points. Hip flexibility and quad development. I started out with high bar squats and quickly found out that the bar pressing down on my traps was causing a lot of nerve pain down my right shoulder and arm. So I decided to which to front squats with the harness instead. This would prove to be a better solution. Here's how it went.
Front squat harness/belt and (knee wraps on last two sets of front squats)
Wrapping light helps a lot. My old knees appreciate it.
