Week 12 Day 1 - Squats & Deads Phase 1

Pretty fired to get going with training for the olympia. This was a kick in the arse.. desperately needed and worth every breath, check it out:

warmed up

SSB squats
5x5 @ RPE 8
DB Row
5 x 10 @ RPE 7 (should have gone heavier)
Band Straight Bar pulldown
5 x 15 @ RPE 9-10

Sumo Deadlifts
5x5 @ RPE 8
X-Band Walk
5 x 10 @ MM short band
Supinated Pull-Downs
5 x 10 @ RPE 7-8

I am going to list the RPE instead of actual weights so you can gauge what the point of this is. My training is always based on effort and this can only be gauged a daily basis.

This had me winded, I don't normally enjoy shit like this but it does add a little character to training and best of all it typically covers conditioning. Something powerlifters tend to steer away from.
