Legs 7-7

Seated band leg curls – warm up then (2 medium strength bands) x 20,20,20,20
Leg press – (doing 15 reps with a wide as possible stance then moving feet together without racking the weight and doing 15 more reps)445x10,645x10,825x30,30,30 735x45 (moved foot placement out then in the back out again for 15 reps at each position)
Squats- (3 second decent on every rep) 145x6,225x6,315x6,365x6,405x6
Bulgarian split squats BWx30,30
Barbell stiff legged deadlifts - (off 4" platform with full ROM) 135x10,225x15,15,15

The leg presses moving my feet in and out and for 4 high rep sets really fried my quads. The slow descent squats were pretty good too even though it prevented my from using much weight, especially following those leg presses. and follow me on twitter @mattkroc,
