Another good shirted day with the reverse bands. Im trying not to push anything too hard, but to handle slightly more weight than the last time I perform a movement.

If you go balls-out during the offseason, you will end up with a fried CNS, achy body, Burnt out mental attitude, and not much improvement. To me lately, the offseason has just been about getting work in. Work on weak points, stabilizers, and muscle growth. Pepper in just the right amount of heavy work to stay acclimated to big weights.

The blast strap push ups were a great finisher after the heavy bench. They work the tris as well as all the stabilizers in shoulders and back.
