Wednesday July 10, Deadlift night
Tonight was the first time back in the rack for pin pulls in a while. Everything felt pretty good considering I have been pulling from a deficit for 6 weeks straight and went straight in to the rack without taking a week off. Next weeks plan is to pull heavy from floor and to do heavy racks afterwards. Then the next week will be light speed work which I will do every other week. So rest is coming.
I started the night by hanging from the inversion table for about 5 minute. Everything felt as well as its going to feel.
