Squats



Here is another one of my squat groove reeducation sessions (Max Day)

Working up to max without psyching or any technical breakdowns


-20 pounds short of cycle best

-various shoulder, chest and tris

-Neck harness work


4 days left o this residual fatigue is building, lower back is chronically stiff (will say have absolutely no knee pain)
