Week 6 Day 1 - Squats and Deads

this was a rough squat and dead session... The day before I played golf then had some company over for BBQ and drinks. It was fun, but stayed up way too late having to wake up at 7am. Regardless, I have always said. It's best to train not optimal so when the meet rolls around you're used to tough times and inclement surroundings....

SSB squats w/120lbs chain (Suited)
475 x 3 reps
455 x 4 sets x 2 reps

Deadlifts w/120lbs chain
455 x 3 reps
475 x 3 reps
455 x 3 reps
425 x 3 reps

Damn, this was a tough session. The SSB squats killed me. My form was out of whack some but corrected it towards the end. It dawned on me on the last set that I need to focus on spreading the floor. It work. Yet I only do it when I think of it. This is something that should be automatic now....
