Squat Training:
The beginning a down week...

This entire week, starting Saturday, is a deload week. I’m taking it easy this week to let my body heal up a little and give my mind a rest as well.

Here’s what I did for my squat training session:

Buffalo Bar Squats w/160 lbs of chains:

225+chains x 5 for 5 sets

Pistol Squats
Xband Walks

Short and simple.

I wish, at times, I could just walk away for a week and give my body a total rest, but I find it impossible to do. I just can’t. Having the gym out back doesn’t help.
