Jury is still out on the condition of my pec since the minor tear. Its been 3 weeks so I increased the weight to 315. Did everything super strict and paused. Felt good so I will continue to advance slowly with perfect form.

The high rep close grips with the shoulder saver pad was a great tricep burner. I think its a great practice to finish a heavy bench session with some hi rep sets of triceps.
