Saturday Morning Squat Training:
Training this weekend was a much needed easy week. I still squatted descent weight, but I didn't expect much from myself and that was a relief. Constantly measuring yourself by the week before can provide much needed motivation, but it can also bring a lot of stress if it isn't managed well.
Here is what I did:
Buffalo Bar (with an additional 160 LBs of chains)
325 (bar weight) x 5 for 3 sets
500 x 12 for 3 sets (super slow reps)
Glute pulls (Thrust with two black bands)
Stir the pot
Moving forward I need to put my core work out front.
