Back extra session 9-13

Meadows rows 45x10,70x10,95x10,120x10,145x10,10,10,10
Straight arm lat pulldowns 100x10,10,10,10
Wide grip lat pulls 150x10,200x10,250x10,300x10,10,10,10
Chest supported rows 90x10,135x10,10,10,10

Since this is my second back session of the week or "extra" session there weren't any drop sets, ascending sets etc. I also kept the rest periods fairly short at 2 minutes or less. The goal here is work the muscles but not kill them or my joints and no lower back work to keep it fresh for my hard leg and back days.
