Monday, week 10, phase 3 - bench

Slowly progressing back into a normal phase of training, but not too fast.

The plan is to be back to competition form ie - hitting depth on the big 3 by November, giving me September and October to work my way back to meet prep, starting in December.


Warm-up:
suit case carry 200 yards
Birddogs


I'm a little beat down from the weekend. I went to ohio to help Mike Szudarek at his meet. Mike did well, and pulled an alltime PR there. He was happy with it, and more than anything was happy he made it through a meet unscathed.

I decided to deload and just get a little work in


DB floor press: 6x15
Band fly: 4x15
Band press-down: 8x10
Side lateral: 3x10
Wrist curl: 5x15


Got a nice pump, but thats about it. haha
