SEATED LEG CURLS
3 sets pyramiding up in weight; 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps
then did a 4th set which was a drop set of 8/15/16

HORIZONTAL LEG PRESS
did sets of 10 working up in weight til I got to a very tough 10

REVERSE BAND SQUATS w/ 3-SECOND NEGATIVES
worked up in weight doing sets of 6, last 3 sets were 405 x 6, 455 x 6, 475 x 7

DB STIFF LEG DEADS
4 x 8

OCCLUDED LEG EXTENSIONS
5 x 15 w/ 30 second breaks
