Week 1 Day 1 - Full meet again

Last week of training. Meet is actually on Friday so exactly 4.5 days from now. I did train yesterday, point was to keep stimulated and active. So far, things are going ok except for my shoulder and elbows. My shoulder it's the same old AC joint pains. I know why it's creeping back, just pisses me off I get lax on this when it begins to improve and that's when the irritation comes right back. My elbows, just tendonitis. I've been really bad with my nutrition this meet, just throwing calories in my gut to get stronger quicker and the constant bloat has been killing me. Hands falling asleep routinely, back pumps and worst of all bloated face. ugh....

*i could barely touch the 2 board from the pain, I had to go extra slow down. And then to lock out the weight, I was in so much pain I did not lock out a few reps to avoid that.
