9-18-13 - deadlift day

It's getting so close to the meet and I actually am feeling pretty confident with the pull and the bench. I will not be squatting for fear of injuring myself and not being able to sqaut, dead or bench so I opted to just do the two until I can figure out what's wrong with my back.
