Happy to be deadlifting again. Pulling with the fat grips is challenging and humbling. I also tested the knee a little more with some form pulls today. It felt much more solid conventional than sumo. So the sumo is shelved indefinitely. I WAS considering squatting under a bar this saturday but now I will stick to the kettlebells for at least a couple more weeks.
If I rush things now it could end up sidelining me much longer so I have to be careful.
