Back at it, (sorta, kinda)
After almost 3 weeks off, I finally got my ass under a barbell again this past Thursday.
I had my Thursday night strength class floor pressing, so I just jumpped in with them. Given my time off, I didn't want to push it, so I just worked up to 2 sets of 5 with 275, and 1 set of 5 with 285. The final set was a little heavier because that's what was on the bar and I figured it was easier just to press the extra fives then to take them off the bar.
After that I did 4 sets of 12 fatguy pullups on the rings.
My hip was still alittle tender but it felt GREAT to start moving some weights again!
Looking forward to getting healthier and starting the next meet cycle in November!
