Making Weight for Nationals

Tomorrow begins the fun process of cutting weight for Nationals. I thought I'd share what my diet will look like for the next 6 days.

Today I weighed in at 213.4 immediately upon waking. And was 212.4 a few hours later. I'll have to weigh-in at 200.4 or less next Thursday.

Fri, Sat, Sun:

9am - 2 scoops whey, 1 tbsp. MCT oil
12pm - 1 container of low fat cottage cheese
3pm - 16 oz. Tilapia, Spinach, 1 tbsp. oil/vinegar dressing
7pm - 16 oz. 90% lean beef, broccoli

Mon, Tues:

9am - 2 scoops whey, 1 tbsp. MCT oil
12pm - 8 oz. 90% lean beef
3pm - 16 oz. Tilapia, Spinach, 1 tbsp. oil/vinegar dressing
7pm - 16 oz. 90% lean beef, broccoli

Wed:
3 small meals of: 2 oz. chicken, 1/4 cup berries

As for my water cut I'll be following what I laid out here in this column:
