Pretty decent leg session. I really like chain squats for bodybuilding purposes. They overload the top half of the movement where the quads are the primary movers and don't tend to beat up your joints as much since the load in lightened in the hole. After squats and leg presses performing the Bulgarian split squats without resting (80 reps total) proved to be a little challenging than I expected but that was a good thing.
