LYING LEG CURLS
warmups, then 3 hard sets of 10
then a 4th set which was a drop set of 10/10/10 plus 15 partials out of the bottom / stretch position

MANTA RAY SQUATS
worked up in weight doing sets of 10 until I got to a very hard 10

HORIZONTAL LEG PRESS
3 sets of 30 reps
*after each set, stretched quads for 30 seconds

STIFF LEG BARBELL DEADLIFTS
worked up in weight doing sets of 10 with 3-second negatives until I got to a very tough 10
