Overhead Work - w/Video

I was a little short on time to get a training session in yesterday, so I decided to do my overhead work in my wife's home gym. I don't like pressing there though because the platform is pretty small (less room to save a lift if I get out of position), no bumper plates and I have to press a straight bar. The straight bar typically hurts my wrist. I don't have the best wrist flexibility, but since I usually press an axle or log when training explosively it's not an issue. Either way I had some more reps in the tank on my final set, but stop at 3 to play it safe. I didn't want to have to dump the bar without bumpers.
