Bench Training:

Because I was not able to make it to the gym Monday night with the team, I was left to sort it out all by myself on Tuesday night. I've said this before, but it can be said again, I love these sessions. I wouldn't trade my team for the feeling I get when I push through a session like last night, but occasionally it's good to let yourself know you do it because you like to do it and not just because there's a team that expects you to.
Last night's session went like this:
Close Grip with shoulder saver: (I have video that I might post later, it's kind of dark.)
225 x 10
275 x 8
315 x 6
315 x 6
315 x 5

Incline Press w/DBs:

70 x 10 for 3 sets (slow)

Triceps Extensions:

35 x 12 for 2 sets

That was it. I kept myself focused on the fact that I needed to be as fresh as I could for a big back night tonight so I left some on the table.

Currently training for the XPC Finals in March 2014!
