Squatting

Baseball struck again this week and put me out of my normal training sessions with my team on Saturday morning. It will happen again this Monday and Wednesday. My squat wasn’t really a big deal this week. I suited up last week, so this week was a raw light week. I hit it Friday night by myself. It was a really good session that left me feeling sore and accomplished.

Buffalo Bar:

375 x 5 for 3 sets

Box Squats (Buffalo Bar)

235 x 5 plus 140 lbs of chains for 3 sets

Leg Press:

600 x 20 for 3 sets

Walking lunges:

3 sets of 10 with 40 lbs of chains around my neck.

I used the Buffalo bar this week to save my arms for shirted benching.
