Great session today. Heaviest weight I have felt on both squat and DL in several months, and the knee held up great.

Making a program tweak to fall-in with Brian's training split. We are going to work Squat and DL on the same day. This will conserve/preserve his back, but I think it could also benefit me for 2 main reasons:

1. A change of pace is always a possible stimulus for strength gain.

2. It will train me to pull big while fatigued after squatting. This simulates meet day.

We used to train both lifts on the same day several years ago but eventually switched DL to a separate day. Both alternatives have their positives and negatives.
