Log Press/Upper and Fat Loss Progress Picture

I am currently training for The 2014 Arnold Amateur Strongman Fitness World Championships. This will be held at The Arnold Sports Festival Feb. 28th through March 2nd in Columbus, Ohio. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 185# division.

Yesterday was the first time I've touched the log implement since Nationals. So that's been almost 6 weeks. My technique was a little off, but still had a pretty good session. I was a little over caffeinated I believe as I was getting dizzy on my log press sets. This normally doesn't happen and I know I did go a bit overboard on caffeine pre-workout yesterday. So I'm going to assume that was the culprit. We will see next time I press overhead though.
