a couple warmups, then pyramided up in weight for 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps, then a drop set of 8/8/10 reps

CYBEX SQUAT PRESS
feet low and relatively close
working up in weight doing 10 reps
last 3 sets were 1000lbs x 10, 1090lbs x 10, 1180lbs x 10

SMITH MACHINE LUNGES
4 x 10 each side

OCCLUDED LEG EXTENSIONS
4 sets of 15 with 30 second breaks

STIFF LEG DEADLIFTS
worked up doing sets of 10, last couple sets were 295 x 10, 345 x 10
