Event Day Training and Thanksgiving Day Diet Damage

I am currently training for The 2014 Arnold Amateur Strongman Fitness World Championships. This will be held at The Arnold Sports Festival Feb. 28th through March 2nd in Columbus, Ohio. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 185# division.

I stuck to my plan for the most part over Thanksgiving and didn't seem to cause too much damage. It'll actually probably help accelerate some more fat loss since that's the first time I really haven't been in a calorie deficit for almost 4 weeks. I weighed 206 Saturday morning - and since I ate my Thanksgiving meal on Friday that was expected. I'm hoping to be back down to 200-202 by Thurs/Fri of this week. My calories will be dropping starting tomorrow. I'm definitely on track for making weight without any problems.

*First time touching the H-Stone since April. Didn't go max distance, but just focused on a solid pick and moving fast. Was pretty sore from Wednesdays lower body work, so my hamstrings were screaming as soon as I started moving with the H-Stone.
