Log Press & Upper Body - w/VIDEO

I am currently training for The 2014 Arnold Amateur Strongman Fitness World Championships. This will be held at The Arnold Sports Festival Feb. 28th through March 2nd in Columbus, Ohio. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 185# division.

Training went good yesterday. The last time I had hit log I wasn't too happy with it. It felt heavier than it should and I wasn't happy with my reps. I was afraid it was due to the weight loss. But after working up on log yesterday I realized it wasn't. I was just having an off day two weeks prior.

Calories have been lowered slightly going into this week to help speed up the fat loss. I'm hoping to be to 195 (my goal weight) by Christmas.
