Back Training:

Wednesday’s Back Training:

Deadlift:

495 x 1 for 2 sets in my suit.

I spent an hour going through suits until I found one I could get my fat butt in to. I pulled in a King ACE 48 in March. It was tight, but not bad. I ordered a 50 for this training cycle because I’m heavier and my legs are bigger. One size up should do it. One size up in my squat suit is almost too big. But in the KING Puller not so much, I couldn’t even get it close. I had to pull it off and start the search. I finally found an old 50 in a pile of gear. It was still tight and I really had to fight it, but I did get a descent rep in. It was descent, not good.
Lat P/Ds:

175 x 12 for 3 sets (Mid torso)

Lat P/Ds:

175 x 12 for 3 sets (High back)

DB Shrugs:

95 x 20 for 3 sets
