Log Press w/VIDEO and Fat Loss Updated w/PIC

I am currently training for The 2014 Arnold Amateur Strongman Fitness World Championships. This will be held at The Arnold Sports Festival Feb. 28th through March 2nd in Columbus, Ohio. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 185# division.

Training went well today. I was programmed to work up to a heavy single training 1RM. I also tried changing my clean just a bit. I'm trying something different out for a little while. My press felt strong today, which is good since this is probably the most I've pressed overhead as light as I am.


On the diet end of things I've been on point 100%. The scale still isn't moving a ton, but from the progress pics I'm definitely getting leaner each week. Weight is fluctuation between 203-204 at the moment. I did increase sodium a few weeks back due to some cramping issues, so that could be a factor in weight.
