Squat 3RM PR and Lower Body

I am currently training for The 2014 Arnold Amateur Strongman Fitness World Championships. This will be held at The Arnold Sports Festival Feb. 28th through March 2nd in Columbus, Ohio. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 185# division.

Training went well today. My quads actually felt a little fatigued during my warm ups which I believe is from Monday's log press work. But once I got warmed up they felt much better. I worked up to a nice 3RM PR today.

The diet is going good still. But when I'm in diet mode it's never an issue. Cheating or eating off the plan isn't an option. So it's pretty routine for the most part. No issues and I'm still getting leaner and have noticed a minimal affect, if any, on my strength.
