What separates mediocrity from greatness?
Doing a lot of things that you really don't want to. Do you think I really want to wake up at 7:30 in the morning and eat nasty spinach? Hell no, but I do, because that little difference is what sets you a part. There are those days where you feel like shit, dealt with morons all day and you have to look forward to raw paused conventional dead lifts. That shit isn't fun under any circumstance. If you're doing a lot of shit you really hate, then you are doing what the majority won't. We bred a society of people who think you should enjoy everything you do and everything should come easy. That's why our number one health risk is obesity, because people think their food should ALWAYS taste good and you should never leave a little hungry.
