week 9/20 XPC Arnold deload
I was out of town this weekend, traveling to see my guys at Low Country Strength in Charleston, SC. We had about 12 guys and gals in the gym Sat, and worked on form with the big 3 lifts, as well as warm-up and recovery.
I'll write more on this later, but it was a GREAT time. Will and CO are all GREAT people and the type of people I like to surround myself and family with.
I did my normal fluff and buff deload stuff in between lifts. Nothing special..
KB goblets: 3x10
One leg GM w/KB: 3x10
rolling plank: 50
Going to start my precomp cycle tomorrow with shirted bench.
The last 10 weeks have been very productive. I now have about 10 training weeks to get it together and come into the meet in one piece!
