Deadlift 3RM, then 405x20 w/VIDEO

I am currently training for The 2014 Arnold Amateur Strongman Fitness World Championships. This will be held at The Arnold Sports Festival Feb. 28th through March 2nd in Columbus, Ohio. I’ll be competing in the Lightweight 185# division.

Today was one of those days I knew I was going to have a great training session. My normal 7am appointment had to reschedule so I didn't start work till 8. I woke up before my alarm at 6am. I had a very productive morning, felt great and couldn't stop thinking about pulling some deadlifts in the afternoon. I had two goals in mind and nothing was going to stop me.

The pec is feeling much better. I think it'll be back 100% by early next week. Diet is still going strong and I'm consistently seeing 202 on the scale. I expect to see a drop below 200 in the next 10-14 days.

My raw pull seems to be progressing nicely. I've made some minor changes after getting feedback on my pull from Steve Goggins at the last UGSS. Given I was pulling suited there - the things he noted still apply.
