V-grip pushdowns: 10,10,20
Preacher Curls: 4x12
Dumbbell curls: 3x15
On Saturday my dad and I went to visit some friends. We headed out into the swamp to do some hunting. We also drank way too much. Overall it was great to get out and blow off some steam.
I doubt I'll get into the gym again until Thursday. I'll still do all of my McGill stuff at home. I pick up Chris tonight and he is with me through Christmas. He's coming into work tomorrow, but we are only working until noon. A bunch of my co-workers are brining kids in as well. I'm sure it will be a madhouse.
