Dumbbell bench 50x10,75x10,100x20,20,20
Incline bench 135x8,185x8,225x8,275x8,315x8
Decline smith machine bench 135x8,185x8,225x8,275x8,315x8,345x8
Stretch pushups BWx45,42,39,37

All pressing movements today. While my strength still has a ways to go to be back to normal the weights are definitely feeling lighter which is a good sign. Another good sign is that my shoulder is close to being 100% again and didn't bother me at all today. Just have to be careful with it and make sure I don't screw it back up.
