Week 8, Day 1

Regular Warm-up


Squat(brief and suit) w/ 200lbs chain

2x2 @ RPE 9
1x1 @ 70lbs more, straps up
1x1 @ 70lbs more, straps up, no chain



Obviously this involved warm-up sets as well but these were the work sets. Had to put bigger brief on today as my legs have out grown my other ones. The briefs are cut the same size but I have an old pair form back in 2009 that are more stretched and worn in. Fit like a glove today.

Didn't video all sets. Forgot!

Will get video up soon.

Weight compared to last week improved by 50lbs on work sets and felt easier today at that heavier weight. Things are moving in the right direction.
